the staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome, and the view from my room was so pretty right over the loch. had a comfy bed that helped me sleep well after my long day. it was nice that there was live entertainment in the bar area too, which added some fun to the evening. the location was perfect for exploring the area and taking in the scenery. i really liked how pet friendly the hotel was!
the cleanliness of the room was really bad with signs of mold and the shower was super faulty so i had boiling hot water blasting at me. also, the towels were so dirty, it was gross.

A Quiet Stay with Room for Improvement
Our group enjoyed a restful week, impressed by stunning views. breakfast lacked variety on one day, and the restaurant ran out of items, leading to some disappointment. Be sure to confirm menu availability before dining to avoid surprises.

I stayed here recently and really appreciated the stunning views of the loch from my room. The location felt perfect for exploring nearby scenery and enjoying the fresh air. The bar area provided a cozy atmosphere, making it easy to unwind after a long day. there were quite a few issues that detracted from the experience. My room, a Budget Double Room, came with cleanliness concerns. the mugs were dirty when I arrived and weren't replaced during my stay. The bathroom light was also broken despite informing the staff. On top of that, I faced noise disturbances due to the lack of soundproofing. being next to the stairs meant I could hear every guest walking by. The dining was mediocre at best, with evening meals lacking variety and flavor. It felt like a mixed bag overall, with such potential that wasn't fully realized.
